This is why a large portion of her business are repeat clients and referrals. With her 11 Years at TD Canada Trust and almost 9 years with CIBC. Miriam’s 20 years banking experience has been a huge asset to her in the Mortgage Broker channel. Being in the broker channel has enabled Miriam to have many options for her client. She has access to all kinds of lending solutions for both residential to commercial mortgages, with major banks, B lenders (alternative lenders) to private lenders.

Diana has spent 16 years in the mortgage industry helping her clients. Prior to co-founding The Lending Suite, Diana had 14 years of experience with two of the largest banks in the country. Over the years, Diana has developed a passion for being able to successfully structure complex files to deliver the best results for her clients.

With her tenacity and creativity combined with leveraging her access to major banks, B lenders and private lenders has allowed her to find solutions to challenging client situations.

Diana places a very high importance on relationship building and prides herself on creating meaningful connections with her clients and referral sources. It’s no surprise that many of them have become her friends over the last decade and a half.

Besides being kind and compassionate, Diana is also known as reliable and resourceful among her peers and colleagues. She gets just as excited working with first time buyers as she does helping investors create wealth though real estate. It’s no surprise that 99% of her business is channeled from referrals, making her a consistent top producer in the industry.

Amilia joined the The Lending Suite 3 years ago. Amilia has years of experience in administrative processing. Her career history is predominantly in tourism and hospitality, as both a travel agent and tour guide, and brings her organizational and communication skills to the financial world. Amilia works individually with all members of the Lending Suite team and helps process files seamlessly from A-Z while also helping to manage team functions, website, and marketing.

Melissa has been in the mortgage industry for 7 years, with experience in a major bank and in the mortgage broker space. She has been with The Lending Suite since the launch, and has worked with Miriam for many years previously. Melissa has also worked with a major new home builder in the Durham Region, as well as in the realtor sector for many years. Melissa’s experience has granted her insight to both the real estate and financial sides of the industry. Melissa enjoys helping make the mortgage process run seamlessly for clients, and is a key player on the Lending Suite team.

Katie joined The Lending Suite in March 2023, and brings 15 years of real estate experience. She started off as a real estate law clerk where she familiarized herself with the landscape of a real estate transaction from end-to-end, and then ventured into a Business Development role for one of the leading title insurance companies in Canada. It was there that Katie built many lasting relationships with other industry professionals.

Katie has brought her industry knowledge, her love for helping others, collaboration and networking with her into this role and has loved every minute of it. She is passionate about her clients and always puts their needs and best interest before anything else. She believes communication is key, and will always be there to support her clients with all their questions and financing needs.
